Notice is hereby given that CH Storage of 975 Waterloo Road Castlegar B.C. V1N 4M3 intends to dispose of the goods in Storage unit H4 located at the same address and owned by Chuck Adshead last known address of Cozy Pines Motel 2118 Crestview Crescent Castlegar B.C. under the provision of the Warehouse Lien Act.
The amount owing is $338.45 plus all collection costs applicable to this action. If this amount is not paid in full by August 31, 2023 and said goods removed from the said storage unit, the said goods will be advertised for sale or sold at private or public auction without further notice.
