In loving memory ~

It is with a sad heart that we announce the passing of Ken Martin a husband, father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.

Ken was born in Quibel Ontario but moved to Sask. at an early age, farming with his parents, 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Ken became a licensed mechanic and worked in Vermilion AB, and Trail for many years. He moved with his wife and daughter to Castlegar in 1959. He owned and operated Hill Top Motors, then Ken's Auto & Wheel Alignment.

Ken was often found umpiring at the ball field or cheering on his children at hockey games and figure skating competitions. He also enjoyed curling, bowling and loved playing bridge. He retired along with his wife to Blueberry Creek while Snowbirding in Yuma for 7 years and then finally residing at Castlewood Village. A kind and patient man, he was always there for his family and will be sadly missed.

Ken leaves to mourn his wife of 66 years Elaine, daughter Debra Greenwood and sons Bruce and Randy.
