The Parkinson Superwalk that was previously for Castlegar has been moved to Salmo.
Registration will still begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, and the walk will still begin at 10:30 a.m., but the walk will now start at the Salmo Valley Youth & Community Centre at 206 Seventh St. in Salmo.
Todd Wallace, organizer for the event, said he decided to move to the walk because he lives in Salmo and it makes it a little easier for him to organize.
Castlegar residents are still encouraged to participate.
